Our adult sessions are open to anyone and everyone, and are suitable for complete beginners to intermediates. We don't sign people up for a certain number of classes, or book people in; just turn up when you want to - although the more you come, the more you will improve, and the quicker you will see a difference in your co-ordination, your flexibility and how easily you pick the routines up!! Most of the people who attend are complete beginners who just want to come out and have fun whilst getting a good workout. You don't need to have ever danced before or have any special dancewear - just a good pair of trainers will do!
We start with a ten minute warm up, then learn a completely new routine from scratch. There's a brand new routine each week so don't worry if you miss a session! You don't need any experience at all as every move we do is always broken down and explained as many times as you need.
Fancy popping along? We run adult sessions Every Tuesday night 7-8pm, regardless of school terms and school holidays. The cost is just £4 per session.
We use the United Reformed Church Hall, Salisbury Avenue, Warden Hill, Cheltenham, GL51 3BY. There is plenty of free off-road parking in the church car park. The hall is is a low building opposite all the shops on Salisbury Avenue, next to the playground.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, and trainers on your feet...don't forget to bring a drink!
